Design documentation, which consists of: a) Accepted without objection on August 1, 2024, notification of construction or other construction works, reference number BA.6743.793.2024.DK, b) Construction and Executive Design for the road sector with attachments, c) Construction and Executive Design for the reconstruction of the telecommunications network colliding with the road reconstruction, d) Construction and Executive Design electrical industry,e) Application materialsf) Bill of quantities.2. Technical Specifications for the Execution and Acceptance of Construction Works.3.2.1 The bill of quantities constituting an annex to the SWZ is an auxiliary material (it does not constitute a description of the subject of the order) and is not binding on the parties. There is no work item in the Bill of Quantities necessary for the proper execution of the order does not entitle the Contractor to submit a claim to the Ordering Party for an increase in the remuneration due.
