Description:
The task will consist in the reconstruction of a municipal road, plot no. 51, within the town of Kobylany-Kozy, approximately 423.5 m long. The scope of work includes: - construction of asphalt concrete road construction layers - construction of foundation and drainage layers - construction of aggregate roadsides on both sides. amanego - construction of ramps from aggregate amanego - installation of vertical markings - maintenance of the surface and opening it to traffic. The subject of the order must be carried out in accordance with the applicable guidelines regarding the implementation of the principle of equal opportunities and non-discrimination and the principle of equal opportunities for women and men, including accessibility standards for people with disabilities. The contractor should take into account the provisions of Art. in the scope of its activities. 6 of the Act of July 19, 2019 on ensuring accessibility for people with special needs (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1411, as amended). The detailed scope of works is specified in the bill of quantities (Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ) and technical documentation (Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ), on the basis of which the Contractors are obliged to prepare an offer cost estimate.
