- 1. The subject of the order is the implementation of a construction project under the name: Reconstruction of a municipal road in Podlechy - in the design and build formula, consisting of: development of complete design documentation for a complete construction design and execution of construction works, implementation of an investment involving the reconstruction of a municipal road in the town of Podlechy, plot no. 26, district 0028, on the section from km 0+005.30 to km 1+135.62, i.e. from provincial road no. 590 to the Podlechy property no. 16, with a total length of 1,130.32 m2. The contractor is obliged to: a) determine the actual elevation level of the investment area; b) verify the ground and water conditions, if there is a need to perform additional geological soil tests; c) obtain maps for design purposes; d) agreeing with the Ordering Party on the proposed design and material solutions at the design stage; e) preparing the necessary design/technical documentation along with obtaining all relevant arrangements, permits, decisions, approvals and opinions (for all required industries) and design checks to the extent resulting from applicable legal regulations; f) obtaining approvals...
