Description:
1. The subject of the order is the reconstruction of the municipal road ul. Krtka in the town of Drygay on the plot with geod. no. 194. 2. The scope of works includes: a) preparatory works, b) demolition works, c) earthworks, d) foundation, e) street elements, f) pavements, g) traffic safety devices, h) works additional. 3. The detailed scope of work was included in the documentation, i.e. in: 1) Construction design constituting Annex No. 10 to the SWZ, 2) Bill of quantities constituting Annex No. 9 to the SWZ, 3) Detailed Technical Specifications constituting Annex No. 11 to the SWZ, 3) Draft provisions of the contract constituting Appendix No. 8 to SWZ. 4. Due to the lump sum remuneration, the bill of quantities is of an auxiliary nature for the valuation of the subject of the order. 5. The Ordering Party does not reserve the obligation for the Contractor to personally perform key parts of the order within the scope of the subject matter of the order. 6. The investment is co-financed by: financial resources from the Government Road Development Fund for tasks accepted for co-financing for 2025. 7.
