Description:
Brief description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order will be implemented on the basis of two design documents: 1) "Reconstruction of the municipal road ul. Stanisawa Moniuszki in the town of Goldzinw, Oborniki Lskie commune" and construction notification of April 26, 2021. 2) "Construction of bicycle paths on former routes colei high-gauge railway in Trzebnica and Milicz poviats - Section C. Goldzinw - Szewce" and replacement construction permit No. 566/21 of May 28, 2021. The subject of the order concerns the execution of all construction works covered by the documentation mentioned above under No. 1) and only a fragment of the documentation No.2). According to documentation No. 2), only construction works should be performed within the intersection of the municipal road ul. Moniuszki from district roads, Trzebnick streets. This is STAGE No. 1 of the investment within the district road, which includes, among others, designed channels made of SN8 pipes, storm sewage wells andnumbers D9, D9.1 and D9.2, two prefabricated concrete attachments, including one marked on the design as WL-1, and one attachment such as WL-1 should be made instead of the D9.3 well as a temporary end of the sanitary sewage system for STAGE 1 (well this place will be the subject of construction in E...
