Description:
1. The subject of the order are construction works in the form of design and build as part of the investment task called Reconstruction of municipal roads in the area of Siemyl.2. As part of the subject of the order, the Contractor's obligations will be: 1) Development of Design Documentation in accordance with the functional and utility program hereinafter referred to as PFU (ref. No. 1 to the SWZ);2) obtaining legally required decisions, opinions, arrangements and checking the Design Documentation for the planned project;3) obtaining a building permit or submitting a notification of the intention to perform construction works (in accordance with the provisions of the Construction Law);4) performance of construction works based on the completed Design Documentation developed in accordance with the FUP constituting Annex No. 1 to the SWZ;5) preparation of all necessary acceptance documents;6) preparation of an as-built surveying inventory;7) preparation of as-built documentation;8) execution information and commemorative boards (if required);9) exercising author's supervision;10) obtaining a valid permission for use on behalf of the ordering party or a certificate of no objection to the commencement of use on behalf of ...
