1 The scope of work includes, among others: reconstruction of the main entrance to the building, external stales and roofing above the entrance to the building, the tube square and construction of CIGW communication wok wok, reconstruction of the drainage system from roof gutters by draining water to rain water tanks and adjacent soil, reconstruction of the external terrace from the Pnocna side along with the widening of the terrace door opening and complication of the window opening to create a window balcony, transfer of existing air conditioners outside the external terrace, replacement of windows in rooms adjacent to the terrace and replacement of the site at the main entrance to the building. 6.
