Description:
The subject of the order is the reconstruction of the part of the "A" building for the needs of the Oncology Department at SPWSZ in Szczecin at ul. ARKOŃSKA 4 within the borders of plot No. 3/38 from precinct 2036, in the formula "Design and build".
The contractor is obliged to fulfill the order on the principles and conditions described inthe draft contract, constituting Annex 4 to SWZ and in the description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) together with Annexes No. 1-16 to OPZ, constituting Annex 1 to SWZ.
3.3. The Outpatient does not allow the possibility of submitting partial offers referred to in art. 7 point 15) PZP. Justification for the lack of division:
In connection with submitting the application to the KPO for co -financing of the investment task, entitled "Strengthening oncological competences at SPWSZ in Szczecin by modernizing infrastructure and the purchase of modern medical equipment, enabling the implementation of advanced methods of diagnostics and treatment of diseaseoncological, there is a need to start a tender procedure, the subject of the contract whose contract will be the design (executive design) and execution of construction works in the formula "Design and build" for the implementation of the investment task within the time limit resulting from the grant agreement.In the field of investment, the reconstruction of the floor, first and second floor, as well as a partial reconstruction of the floors of the basement and attic, renovation and reconstruction of the surface and pavement at the building.
