Description:
Brief description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order is the reconstruction of part of the municipal road no. 050504C in Czare and Borki. The scope of work to be performed is indicated in detail in the design documentation in the construction project. A contractor outside the road sector is to reconstruct the telecommunications network, oonce energy in accordance with the attached documentation. The scope of work also includes the introduction of Permanent Traffic Organization. The scope includes the preparation of full acceptance documentation, including electrical measurements. The method in which payments will be made is specified in the contract template. The investor is the Dabrow Communeand Chemiska. When performing the works, the conditions of the agreeing and reviewing factors should be taken into account. The contractor is obliged to comprehensively complete the task. In the event of a collision that could not be predicted at the design stage, the contractor will be obliged to eliminate it at his own expense andraniem. If necessary, the costs of specialist supervision are borne by the contractor. The contractor is obliged to designate and inventory the construction of infrastructure.
