Description:
1. The subject of the order is the performance of construction works as part of the task entitled: Reconstruction of the Parzniewiczki - Poraj road.1.1. The investment will consist in the reconstruction of the Parzniewiczki Poraj road, plot no. 83, Poraj geodetic district, and part of plot no. 43, Parzniewiczki district, Wola Krzysztoporska commune, on a section of approximately 750 meters in length within the existing road. 1.2. The detailed description of the subject of the order includes: - Appendix No. 4 to the SWZ - Employer's Guidelines - Appendix No. 5 to the SWZ - Detailed Technical Specification for the Construction and Acceptance of Works - Appendix No. 6 to the SWZ - Design Documentation - Appendix No. 7 to SWZ - Bills of Quantities (attached as auxiliary).1.3. The works should be performed in accordance with the order documentation, including SWZ and annexes, as well as the recommendations of the Employer and the investor's and author's supervision inspector. The contractor is responsible for the quality and compliance with technical conditions and quality described for the subject of the order.1.4. Due to the fact that the settlement of the order will be a lump sum, the bills of quantities attached to the SWZ are of an auxiliary nature.
