Description:
The order covers the design and execution of construction works within the meaning of the Act of July 7, 1994, Construction Law. The Ordering Party describes the subject of the order using a functional and utility program (Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ). The subject of the order is the design, including the execution of all works design, obtaining a building permit or reporting works in accordance with the provisions of the Construction Law, obtaining other legally required decisions, permits, notifications, and then carrying out construction works and exercising author's supervision over the entire investment during its implementation. Name of the task: Reconstruction of the building of the People's House in Mniszek in the Maogoszcz Commune for the needs of the Day Care Center in the design and build formula2. Location of the facility: The investment task will be implemented in the Witokrzyskie Voivodeship in the Jdrzejow district in the Maogoszcz commune.
