A brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order are construction works: Reconstruction of the playground at Al. John Paul II in Kalwaria Zebrzydowska m. In. In terms of: - renovation of the playground consisting in exchanging the surface on polyurethane surface, - maintenance, disassembly, exchange and supplementing the existing small architecture on the playground, - partial exchange of fences, - greenery completions in the playground. 2. The detailed scope of works was specified in the technical specification of the work and receipt of works, sequence of works and in the construction project attached to the SWZ. 3. Reasons for failing to divide the order to parts: The order is available for contractors from the small and medium-sized enterprises and ensures competition level between contractors. The division of the order would threaten excessive technical difficulties or excessive costs of the contract. The need to coordinate the activities of various contractors carrying out individual parts of the contract could threaten the competent execution of the contract.
