4.2. The subject of the order is the reconstruction of Pogodna Street in Agań, including the demolition of the existing crushed aggregate surface and the construction of a road with a new surface using Meba-type aura concrete slabs technology, in accordance with the Work Program by Agnieszka Milczewska Road Design Office M.A. in. Agnieszka Milczewska ul. Fr. aganny 12, 68-100 aga, which is an annex to the SWZ. 4.3. In addition, the scope of the order includes: a) implementation of temporary traffic organization along with obtaining approvals and opinions, b) introduction of temporary traffic organization, c) taking into account all exits to the existing real estate, d) lowering the perimeter at the entrances to the real estate and in places where rainfall is collected.4.4. The bill of quantities attached to the SWZ are only of auxiliary nature and cannot constitute the sole basis for the valuation of the offer. The contractor is obliged to carefully check and estimate the quantities required robt with the Robt Program.
