5.1. The subject of the postponement for the granting of a public felling is the reconstruction of poviat road No. 1056 at km 5+001 to 10+304 - stage I (section from Sucha Dolna to Niegosawice at km 8+653 to km 10+304) 5.2. Robt specifies in the signs: construction and executive design, bill of quantities; SpecificationsTechnical execution and reception of Robt for the episode devoted to pursuing. 5.3. ATTENTION! Due to the date of the deadline for the WJTA of the Niegosawice commune, the Contractor under the contract will be obliged to obtain a new appropriate permit to remove conflicts with trees investment5.4. Orderingin possession of a permanent traffic organization (document in the form of a closure on the postparting page). 5.5. Under the contract, the contractor obliged will be to develop and agree on the temporary traffic organization project. 5.6.
