- The subject of the contract includes the implementation of construction works and optimization of project documentation. Construction works are to be based on the reconstruction of the 1930d road on the section of the 1930d poviat road from Nadolice Wielkie ul. Borowa, to the bridge on the Border River at a length of 2590 m (Journal of Laws No. 336 Nadolice precinctWielkie and Journal No. 130 Dzierbiąt Mała). Construction works include, among others, the construction of a rainwater sewage system, replacement of the structure and road surface and its widening to 5.50 - 6.00 m wide and the construction of a pavement with a width of 1.50 m - 3.00 m (depending on the field conditions),Reconstruction of the existing infrastructure, felling with trees with investment and the introduction of target traffic organization, in the Build system, i.e. execution of construction works consisting in the reconstruction of the 1930D poviat road in Chrząstawa Mała. Construction works will be carried out on the basis ofA:
1) Design documentation optimized by the Contractor developed by Drogtim - Adam Pawłucki, ul. Spokojna 14, 55-093 Kątna,
2) Current certificate No. 343/2023 of 30.10.2023. regarding the lack of objection to the application submitted on October 6, 2013 regarding the intention to join the reconstructionpoviat road No. 1930d,
3) description of the subject of the contract,
4) specification of the terms of the contract,
5) the contractor's offer together with the table of settlement elements,
6) contract.
