Description:
The subject of the fall includes the reconstruction of poviat road No. 2001d on a section from Kilianw to the locations of Szymanw (along with the passage through the area of the location) with a lot of about 2 km. The reconstruction aims to improve the technical condition, functional and use values of the road. Will improve the comfort and safety of its users and the conditions of access to agricultural use located in the area of Kilianw and Szymanw. 4. A detailed description of the subject of the fall along with all the requirements of the contractor, including in the scope of art. 438 para. 1 of the Public Procurement Law, the contractor's obligation under remuneration for the performance of the subject of the contract and others, they have been included, among others in the description of the subject of the fall (OPZ), project documentation and draft agreement of the starting agreements for SWZ.
