The subject of the order is the development of a comprehensive design and cost estimate documentation together with all arrangements and opinions on the reconstruction of the Poviat Road No. 5136 E on the section from the S14 road to the Poviat Road No. 5167 e Aleksandrw - Jedlicch - Grotniki, including: , 1) Episode I - DP No. 5136 E, ie ul. Spring Ludw in Zgierz from the S14 route to ul. Countersavers (city limit) - about Dugi approx. 2,904 MB., 2) Episode II - DP No. 5136 E From the city border to the Poviat Road No. 5167 e Aleksandrw - Jedlicze Grotniki about Dugi about 1096 MB., With obtaining Name to the Ordering Permission to Building, Decision of the Zrid and the Division of Real Estate. 2. The subject of this order should be carried out when taking into account the provisions of construction law and implementing regulations issued on its basis as well as the provisions of the right to public mounted, and in the particulars contained in art. 99 par. 1-6 PZP, art. 100 PZP, art. 101 PZP and art. 102 PZP.
