2. Detailed OPZ can be found in the design documentation, detailed technical specifications, sequences of works available only to illustratively (Part IV of SIWZ). The Ordering Party also informs that the Contractor is obliged to provide for his own expense of safe traffic and pedestrian traffic conditions in the area of works covered by the contract on the basis of a draft organization project, "for the construction time" drawn up by and at the contractor's expense. The Contractor is obliged to develop an update of a fixed project organization with its approval.
3. The Ordering Party allows equivalent solutions.
