- 1. The subject of the order is the reconstruction of provincial road No. 802 on the section from km 21+445 to km 21+920 in the town of Wielgolas, Latowicz commune.1) A detailed description of the Subject of the Order is included in the Tender Documentation (Part III SWZ) and the Bill of Quantities - available for reference purposes only (Part IV SWZ). Performer should calculate the value of the work based on the attached design documentation. The contractor is obliged to ensure, at its own expense, safe road and pedestrian traffic conditions in the area of works covered by the contracts on the basis of a traffic organization design for the duration of construction prepared by and at the Contractor's cost together with its approval and is obliged to develop an update of the permanent traffic organization project together with its approval. The ordering party allows for the implementation of works based on dynamic traffic organization.
