Description:
1. The subject of the order is the execution of road works, including: reconstruction of Ratanice Street at a length of approximately 875 meters. The beginning of the section covered by the reconstruction is located approximately 150 meters from the intersection with Poln Street. The investment includes a string of Ratanice streets to the end of the road at the parking lot, next to the reservoir Kunica Waryska. In addition, the investment also includes: reconstruction of entrances to crossroads of public and internal roads; construction of pedestrian routes, construction of platforms, reconstruction of exits and reconstruction and construction of pedestrian crossings, along with the reconstruction of lighting and sound drainage. The detailed scope of works is included in Annex No. 6 to SWZ technical documentation.2. Construction works should be carried out in accordance with: 2.1. zoon offers,2.2. construction project,2.3. work bills of quantities,2.4. technical specification for the execution and acceptance of the works, 2.5. the requirements of the Ordering Party specified in the Terms of Reference, 2.6. provisions contained in draft contract constituting an annex to the SWZ, 2.7. applicable standards and principles of technical knowledge.3.
