Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is: reconstruction, renovation and change of use of a farm building with a garage, on the premises of the historic manor complex in Czernichow., 2. The intended use of the building in the northern wing will not change after the works are completed.c, renovation works, this part will continue to be used as a garage - 4 garage rooms, intended for passenger cars, horse-drawn carriages, possibly agricultural machines, and the remaining rooms: a locksmith's shop, a workshop, a warehouse, a lawn mower warehouse, and a garden tools warehouse. In this part they will be liquidatedrooms, old unused toilets, a corridor and a washroom. In the southern part of the wing, the use of the garage part will be changed; after the interior of the wing is rebuilt, a stable room for 5 horses and a tack room will be created. On the northern facade they will remain in place of the gatesfoundations for the garages and windows are located, and a larger opening will be made in the southern facade for the double-leaf entrance gate to the stables.
