- The subject of the fall is the reconstruction of a residential and checking building at ul. Twarda 64 in Warsaw, relying on repairs and insulation of foundation ciants in the design and build system description and scope of polish as well as the principles and conditions for the implementation of the layout are specified in the planned provisions of the contract and the functional and use program, constituting the integral part of SWZ. Ordering, informs that in the event that in the course of the execution, the conservation authority will require specialist examination, to the extent regarding these examines the guilty manner / persons of the individual Requirements specified art. 37a, art. 37D and art. 37e of the Act of 23 July 2003 on the protection of monuments and care for monuments, or indicated in the decision / decision of the conservation authority. The contractor is obliged to have a civil liability policy under the performance of the contract, on sums insurance not less than 300,000.00 with the whole period of performance of the subject of the contract.
