Brief description of the subject of the contract: 1. The subject of the contract is construction works consisting in the renovation of the premises of the resident service office in the building of the Wizowna Commune Office at ul. Lubelska 59, 05-462 Wizowna. 2. A detailed description of the scope of construction works is specified in the nw. documents constituting the beginning2 to SWZ: , 1) Detailed design of the reconstruction of the resident service office in the building of the Wizowna Commune Office; 2) Detailed design of the reconstruction of the resident service office in the building of the Wizowna Commune Office; 3) Photographic documentation; 4) Technical specification of execution and acceptance robt;, 5) Bill of quantities as eauxiliary element of the description of the subject of the contract., 3. The scope of the contract does not include the purchase and delivery of free-standing equipment such as wardrobes, chairs, armchairs, desks, soundproofing panels/partitions., 4. The scope of the contract includes the purchase and installation of a water or air curtain with a cooling function (min. power 6 kW, approxwidth min. entrance door to the building; equipped with, among others remote control, door opening sensor, thermostatic activation function) and an air-conditioner (cooling and heating power min. 3.4 kW, designed for rooms with an area of 25-35 m2).
