- I. Description of the subject of the contract
1. The work of works carried out for the commune of Dąbrowa Gornicza includes:
-AUGUSTIKA street construction at a length of about 754 meters,
-construction of the intersection of Augustynik street with Cieplaka Street -planned intersection of the Rondo type,
-construction of the intersection of Augustynik street with Orzeszkowa Street - a planned intersection of the roundabout,
-the construction of inlets of cross intersections of public and internal roads,
-construction of pedestrian and bicycle routes,
-construction/reconstruction of pedestrian crossings and bicycle crossings,
-construction of 28 parking spaces
The scope of works carried out for Dąbrowskie Wodociągow Sp. z o.o. includes:
-construction of the PE0315/225/160/125 [mm] -958 MB,
-construction of the PE090/63/40 [mm] water supply connections -159 MB.
-The closing / silting of the existing water supply network with connections,
- execution of as -built receipt documentation together with as -built geodetic survey with appointing to the city's resources.
The detailed scope of works is included in Annex 10 and Annex 10.1 to the specification of the terms of the contract - technical documentation for the scope of the Dąbrowa Gornicza commune and technical documentation for the scope of Dąbrowskie Wodociągi Sp. z o.o.
