5.1. The subject of the postponement for the granting of a public felling is the reconstruction of the road surface of ul. Kolejowa in Agania. 5.2. The Ordering Party is in possession of the decision of the Lubuskie Voivodship Conservator of Monuments No. 5142.38.2025 [Mag} of 06.08.2025 5.3. Robt determines the detailed scope in puppies: Tenacical design, bill of quantities; Technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of Robt 5.4. Under the agreement, the contractor obliged will be to develop and agree on the temporary traffic organization project. 5.5.
