Description:
Brief description of the subject of the order: Part I Reconstruction of the road in the scope of road lighting - ul. Jodowa (plot 8/3) in Stare Bielice in the design and build formula, Information regarding the designed lighting: Location: Stare Bielice ul. Jodowa and ul. Sosnowa. A long way to lightis approx. 440 m of cable line with the installation of 9 LED fixtures on lighting poles connected to the existing lighting on Wizowa Street. The project should include plot no. 8/3 at ul. Jodowa, plot no. 1/2 constituting a county road and plot no. 307/43 at ul. Visa application in accordance with Annex No. 1 to the FFU., ,The scope of the works includes in particular: preparation of a map for design purposes, preparation of a lighting concept and positive agreement with the Ordering Party, preparation of design documentation along with obtaining permits to perform the works by submitting notifications with the required attachments pursuant to Art. 29paragraph 1 point 3 and art. 30 section 1 point 1 of the Act of July 7, 1994 Construction Law to the Starosta of Koszalin County, execution of construction works, deliveries, installation and commissioning of lighting for the entire project.
