Description: 1. The subject of the order is the reconstruction of the road viaduct over the PKP tracks throughout the DP7605S district road in the Polish Army in Sosnowiec. The investment includes the demolition of an existing viaduct and the construction of a new viaduct in the form of a steel arch span with driving, separately for road and tram part.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex 2 to SWZ.
3. Employer in accordance with art. 310 of the Public Procurement Law, reserves the right to annul the public procurement procedure if the measures it intends to spend on the financing of the whole or part of the contract have not been granted.
4. The required warranty period for the entire subject of the contract is 60 months.
