Description:
The subject of the order is: Task 1 Dbina As part of the STAGE I investment, a right-side widening of the existing municipal road road to a width of 5.0 m (as for a class D road) is planned, along with a 0.75 m wide ground roadside hardened with aggregate. Due to road widening and geometry changes uk in the intersection area, the existing sidewalk and the waiting zone at the pedestrian crossing on the northern side of the road are also subject to reconstruction. Task 2 Czajki As part of the investment, it is necessary to continue widening the existing municipal road road by 0.5 m over a length of 200 m, a complete structure consisting of consists of a base of crushed aggregate and two layers of asphalt concrete (core and abrasive). Employment under an employment contract: The Ordering Party requires that the contractor or subcontractor employs, under an employment contract, persons performing the following activities in accordance with Art. 22 1 of the Act of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2025 item 277, as amended) in accordance with Art. 95 of the Public Procurement Law: - road works, min. 1 person responsible for laying the asphalt surface - road works min. 1 person responsible for service excavators.
