- 1. The subject of the order is the reconstruction of the roofs of the Eastern Hall and the Western Hall, repair channels, the interior of the halls and rooms, and the replacement of roof windows and skylights on the railway siding in Krakow Prokocim.

2. As part of the order, tasks included:
1) Task No. 1 - Reconstruction of the roofs of the Eastern Hall and the Western Hall on the Krakow Prokocim siding (Task 20ii),
2) Task No. 2- Reconstruction of the interior of the Eastern Hall and the Western Hall (interiors, channels, Międzytorsza, sliding, traction network) in the siding of Krakow Prokocim (task 16is).
3. The contract award procedure is conducted in an open tender mode on the basis of the Act of 11 September 2019r. - Public Procurement Law (vol. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1605, as amended), hereinafter referred to as the "PZP Act" or "PZP". The order in question is a sectoral order.
