1. The subject of the order is the reconstruction of rooms for the purposes of establishing a Regional Center Mental Health for children and adolescents in Chełm, implemented as part of the project Improving access to health services in the field of psychological care, psychiatric care and addiction treatment for children and adolescents through the creation of the Regional Center for Children and Youth Mental Health at the Neuropsychiatric Hospital. Prof. M. Kaczyński in Lublin, project number FELU.07.08-IZ.00-0001/24.
2. As part of the task in question, the scope of work includes adapting rooms for the needs of the DiM psychiatric day ward with 10 seats, the DiM Mental Health Clinic, and the DiM Counseling Center. Psychological and therapeutic workshops. The task will be possible thanks to the use of premises from the Independent Public Provincial Specialist Hospital in Chełm. It is planned to rebuild rooms with an area of 270.85 m2 located on the ground floor of Pavilion "C located on the property marked No. 55/29 located in Chełm at ul. Szpitalna 53b.
As part of the task, it is planned to renovate the rooms. The scope of construction works includes: construction of partition walls, plastering and painting works, ceramic wall cladding, floor replacement. and carpets, replacement of internal door joinery, as well as replacement of electrical socket installations and sanitary and water and sewage installations.
