Description:
The subject of the fall is the removal of: 1) developing a description of the subject of the plate for construction works in accordance with the provisions of the PZP Act in the form of penal draft and cost documentation together with technical specifications for the implementation and acceptance of construction ROBT for the expansion of Rybnicka Street in Wocawek together with the necessary infrastructures as part of the investment task entitled Reconstruction of Rybnicka Street, 2) obtaining for the developed design documentation all necessary agreements and permits, decisions and opinions regarding the formal preparation of the investment, while developed Documentation referred to in item 1, the Contractor to draw up, applies and obtain on behalf of and for the Ordering Party, a decision on permission to implement a road investment (ZRID) pursuant to the Act of 10 April 2003 on the principles of preparation and implementation Investments in the field of public vibrations (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2024, item 311), 3) Pencopation of author's supervision during the implementation of ROBT on the basis of documentation projects.
