- Reconstruction of sanitary facilities and the adaptation of toilets for people with disabilities in the building of the Faculty of Construction of the Czstochowa University of Technology. Detailed scope of the task: Reconstruction of sanitary facilities and the adaptation of toilets for people with disabilities in the building of the Faculty of Construction of the Czstochowa University of Technology was described in the Functional and Utility Program constituting an annex to the SWZ. 1. Warranty and guarantee: The contractor is obliged to provide a guarantee for a period of min. 36 months for the subject of the order, excluding systems and devices covered by the subject of the order for which a warranty is provided by the manufacturer. In case systems and devices covered by the subject of the order are subject to a warranty period in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty terms, but not shorter than 36 months. The contractor is obliged to provide at least: 5-year warranty on the subject of the order. The detailed terms and conditions of the guarantee and warranty are specified in the draft contract, which is an integral part of the contract part of the Specification of Order Conditions.2.
