Description:
1. The subject of the order are construction works consisting in the reconstruction of a section of municipal road no. 117304E in the town of Jasie, Osjakow commune, 970 m long, located in the strip of road plots marked in the land register no. 217, 309, 177/3, 175/1, 173/1, 148/1, 146/1 within the register 0011 Jasie, commune Osjakw, rural area, based on: a) technical documentation for the reconstruction of the road, constituting an attachment to the notification of construction works of September 11, 2025 (reference number: AB.6743.569.2025) submitted to the District Office in Wieluń, b) technical specification for the execution and acceptance of construction works (STWiORB), c) bill of quantities, which is an auxiliary function for preparing an offer, 2. The scope of construction works includes in particular: - performance of preparatory and measuring works (including surveying), - earthworks including collecting and transporting excess soil to the place indicated by the Investor or disposal of them at the expense of the Work Contractor, - 1.75 m deep channeling on both sides, profiling and compacting the subsoil, - widening the road (including: making a 25 cm thick stone aggregate base), - leveling the existing base with 10 cm aggregate wide...
