Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is the reconstruction of the staircase of the building at ul. Klonowa 5 in Katowice The works will consist in particular in: 1) replacing external doors 2) installing steel doors 3) making and completing plasters 4) painting plasters 5) repairing floorsand steps 6) disassembly of boxes, switchboards, fixtures, connectors, boxes, wires 7) dismantling of electricity meters 8) installation of LED fixtures with motion sensors, fixtures with dusk sensor 9) installation of lighting fixtures, boxes, switches, taps 10) installation of pipes installation, cables 11) installation of meter boxes, i.eablic, electricity meters 12) construction of a fire protection circuit breaker for the facility 13) assembly tests 14) assembly of the intercom control panel, switch board, electric strike, door closer 15) assembly of internal devices 16) assembly of cable and plug-in cables 17) commissioning and execution ofpost-installation parts of the intercom system 2. The Ordering Party requires that the Contractor provide a warranty of no less than 60 months for the construction works performed.3.
