Description:
1. The subject of the order is the reconstruction of ul. Dugosz in Jastrbie-Zdroj.2. The scope of works includes: - construction of a 480-meter long surface, - construction of an asphalt surface layer consisting of an AC16W 6 cm layer and a 4 cm AC11S wearing layer, - construction of roadsides within the road area, - changing the location of 2 roadside lamps, - reconstruction of existing regular exits.3. The contractor is obliged to design, agree and implement traffic organization for the duration of construction - complete road closure (detour). 4. A detailed description of the subject of the order is a blind cost estimate (bill of quantities) and an overview map, constituting Annex No. 10 to the SWZ, hereinafter referred to as technical documentation. Pursuant to Art. 101 section 4 of the Act of September 11, 2019, Public Procurement Law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2024, item 1320, as amended), the ordering party describing the subject of the contract by reference to standards, technical assessments, technical specifications and technical reference systems referred to in Art. 101 section 1 point 2 and section 3 PZP, allows solutions equivalent to those described in the documentation technical.
