Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. Name of the task: Reconstruction of ul. Fr. Piotra ciegienny in Opole Lubelskie together with the construction of a rainwater drainage system, 2. The Ordering Party does not divide this order into parts for technical reasons. Dividing the order into parts would pose the risk of excessive technical difficultiesvarious problems related to the inability to coordinate the road reconstruction with works consisting in replacing the technical infrastructure network, which are located in the same road. The works must be carried out on this section by one contractor who will ensure efficient work flow, mutualordering work when switching consumers to newly built water supply and sanitary networks. Moreover, separating the investment into parts would make it difficult to claim warranty rights in the event of works being carried out on one road by different contractors. , 3.
