Description:
Brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is the reconstruction of ul. Pieloka in Olena, stage II of the project: reconstruction of roads in the PPGR areas in the Olesno commune.No. 487 Murka Street, including the reconstruction of the sidewalk on the right side and the construction of a water supply network and water connections in accordance with the attached project documentation. The contractor is obliged to keep a construction log (water supply network), as well as to provide surveying services, i.e. marking out the water supply routeu and performing an as-built surveying inventory. 3. The Ordering Party does not allow the submission of partial offers. , 4. Reasons for not dividing the contract into parts: Dividing the contract in question into parts would cause disproportionate difficulties in coordinating and organizing the activities of various contractors implementingindividual scope of the order, which could significantly jeopardize the proper execution of the entire order.
