The subject of the order is the performance of the following scope of works in accordance with the design documentation, technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, regulations, including technical and construction regulations, and the principles of technical knowledge and construction art: investment called Reconstruction of the street Pilecki in Szczecinek, stage I, on plots no. 766, 534/1, 771, 535 within 0013 Szczecinek and the removal of its defects found during the performance of construction works and during the period of warranty for physical defects and quality guarantee, which will be able to be fulfilled on its own economic or technical function within the scope specified in: 1) construction/technical/executive design, 2) STWiORB, 3) bills of quantities.2. The detailed scope of works referred to in section 1, specifies the design documentation and technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, constituting an annex.
