- 1) The subject of the order is the performance of construction works as part of the task entitled: Reconstruction of ul. Polna in Wojnowice on the section from ul. Main to the ditch at plot no. 378.2) The scope of the order includes: a) reconstruction of the road on a length of 375 m to a width of 5.50 m; b) roadsides made of crushed aggregate to a width of 0.75 m; c) profiling of ditches; d) vertical adjustment of devices; e) topsoil and sowing of grass; f) implementation of temporary traffic organization; g) implementation of permanent traffic organization; h) updating of the records of municipal roads kept by the Ordering Party. The ordering party has records prepared by Lehmann + Partner Polska Sp. z o. o. 3) The detailed subject of the order was specified in the SWZ, design documentation, bill of quantities, as well as in the technical specifications for the execution and acceptance of construction works, as well as in the designed provisions contracts.
