Description:
1. Subject of the Agreement under the task entitled Reconstruction of streets in the area of Osiedle Wyzwolenia 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 on the southern side, together with the sidewalk and technical infrastructure, includes construction works related to the reconstruction of the road, in particular: 1) reconstruction road construction, 2) reconstruction of sidewalk surfaces, 3) reconstruction of curbs and edges, 4) reconstruction and construction of drainage, 5) reconstruction of road lighting, i.e. lighting in accordance with the guidelines of the Street and Road Lighting Company in Kalisz, 6) securing the existing power grid, 7) securing the existing telecommunications network, 8) planting low greenery, establishing lawns from seed. The Contractor undertakes to perform the Subject of the Agreement as complete from the point of view of the purpose for which it is intended. serves, to the extent enabling the use of the facility in accordance with its intended purpose. A detailed description of the Subject of the Agreement, including the scope of construction works and requirements regarding the quality of their workmanship and technical requirements, are specified in the documentation prepared by Public Road Artur Siwczyk Design Studio constituting Annex No. 2 to the Agreement.
