Description:
1.The subject of the order is:
1) performance by the General Contractor of construction and assembly works as part of the Investment: Reconstruction of Student House No. 5 on the Służewiec Campus, with particular emphasis on people with disabilities, along with the demolition of the connector, construction of connections and construction land development, including the arrangement of green areas in accordance with the Design Documentation and the decision of the President of the capital city Warsaw No. 321/MOK/PB/2024 of November 25, 2024,
2) delivery and assembly of Materials, Devices and Equipment specified in the Design Documentation;
3) obtaining a decision about permission to use the Facility
4) development and submission of a complete specification containing detailed records of fixed assets, intangible assets and equipment along with their quantity and assignment to individual groups of fixed assets, generating OT documents in accordance with the requirements of the Accounting Act and Order No. 94 of the Rector of the University of Warsaw,
5) service and warranty.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is attached as Annex No. 2 - Description of the subject of the order and Annex No. 5 - draft provisions of the contract.
