- 1. The subject of the contract is:
1) Delivery of devices and installations included in the supervision system on the operation of the power network of "Wieliczka" salt installed at the GRST/15/3/0.4kV station (hereinafter referred to as the "supervision system"),
2) Delivery of a license for network management software,
3) performance ongoing maintenance of the GRST building,
4) assembly of supplied devices and installations, together with the software installation,
5) movement tests and starting the network management system,
6) preparing as -built documentation and obtaining on behalf of and for the contracting authority of the competent authority mining supervision for the commissioning of devices and installations included in the supervision system.
2. The purpose of the contract is to be carried out to improve the supervision of the "Wieliczka" Salt Salt Mine, and thus also improving the safety and supervision safety conditions.
3. As part of The contractor is obliged to implement the subject of the contract in particular:
1) drawing up a schedule for performing the subject of the contract,
2) purchase and delivery of materials, equipment and software necessary to perform the subject of the contract,
3) implementation of all works necessary for the correct performance of the subject of the contract.
