Reconstruction of the Teleradiotherapy plant and expansion to a building for the provincial medical devices Multisciplinary Center of Oncology and Traumatology M. Copernicus in Łodź as part of the PN project: "Development of oncological competence centers based on innovative diagnostic and therapeutic techniques".
The subject of this contract is the implementation of the project documentation together with the performance author's supervision and implementation based on the developed design documentation for all construction works for the task entitled Reconstruction of the Teleradiotherapy plant and expansion with a building for medical devices - two magnetic resonances, hereinafter referred to as investment, including in particular:
1) performance Project documentation
2) Performing author's supervision
3) execution of the entire subject of the contract, construction works on the basis of developed and agreed
with the Employer Project Documentation and other elements necessary for the proper functioning of the facility together with land development ( applies to part of the expansion), including
in particular:
a) preparation, securing the construction site,
b) providing persons in the form of a construction manager/industry works managers
c) execution of all demolition, construction and construction works, assembly works
and finishing with installations external and internal,
d) construction of new internal and external installations necessary for the functioning of the investment, as intended,
