Description:
1. The subject of the order is the design and execution of works according to developed functional and utility program for the modernization of the tram network in the city of Łodź: Reconstruction of the tram network in ul. Rzgowska from ul. Broniewskiego/Paderewskiego to the Kurczaki loop. The primary goal is to reconstruct the track with a length of approximately 3.7 km of single track together with the necessary road infrastructure along Rzgowska Street from ul. Broniewskiego/Paderewskiego (without the intersection) to the Kurczaki loop with the loop.
2. As part of the implementation of the contract, the Contractor will prepare design documentation, and then, based on it, will perform construction works consisting in the reconstruction of the tram network in ul. Rzgowska from ul. Broniewskiego/Paderewskiego to the Kurczaki loop, and will also provide the author's supervision service over the implementation of the above-mentioned. scope of investment.
3. The subject of the order must be completed in accordance with the Description of the subject of the order, constituting Annex No. 9 to the SWZ and the provisions of the draft contract included in Annex No. 10 to the SWZ.
