Description:
1. The subject of the order is the reconstruction of ul. Gornicza together with the reconstruction of the water supply network with connections and modernization of ul. Więna and reconstruction of ul. Flotna in Łodź, broken down into tasks:
Task 1 (ZDiT): Reconstruction ul. Gornicza from ul. Marysińska to ul. Zagajnikowa /Sporna
Task 2(ZDiT): Modernization of ul. Zabna from ul. Gornicza to ul. Okopowa
Task 3 (ZDiT): Reconstruction ul. Floggna from ul. Więna to ul. Marysińska (Option Law)
Task 4 (ZWiK): Reconstruction of the water supply network with connections in ul. Gornicza on the section from ul. Emilii Plater to ul. Przemysłowa
Task5 (ZWiK): Reconstruction of the water supply network with connections in ul. Gornicza on the section from ul. Vain to the property 24
2. The subject of the contract should be completed in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract, constituting Annex 8 to SWZ and the provisions of the draft contract contained in Annex 9 to SWZ.
2.1.Guidelines for implementation:
1) The first to be hardening ul. Więna on the section from ul. Gornicza to ul. Okopowa, which will be a detour during the reconstruction of ul. Gornicza.
2) Reconstruction of ul. Gornicza should be carried out taking into account the following stages:
i. ul. Gornicza onEpisode from ul. Marysińska to ul. Vienna,
II. After the end of the stage and the contractor may proceed to the works on the section from ul. Więna to ul. Zagajnikowa /SSPORNA.
3. By the term "modernization", the contracting authority understands actions according to the definition of "renovation" contained in the Act of...
