A brief description of the subject of the contract: 1. The subject of the contract includes: a) the development of project documentation and the exercise of author's supervision, which provides art. 20 para. 1 point 4 of the Act of 7 July 1994 construction law (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1333, as amended), b) developing implementing projects for design documentation covered by a building permit obtained by Ordering Party, and exercising copyright for this documentation, c) the implementation of construction works in accordance with the design documentation referred to in point a) and point b) above) .2. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF CONSTRUCTION OBJECTION ANNEX 2 to SWZ. 3. Employer in accordance with art. 310 of the Public Procurement Law, reserves the right to proceed in the public procurement, if the measures it intends to spend on the financing of the whole or part of the contract, they have not been granted to him.
