Description of the subject of the contract:
a) the subject of the contract is construction work consisting ofreconstruction of ul. Straszewskiego on the section from ul. Smolensk to ul. Piłsudskiego and ul. Piłsudskiego on the section from ul. Straszewski to the platform "Jagiellonian University" along with the reconstruction of the tram track, traction network, lighting and street dehydration and the reconstruction of the collidingtechnical infrastructure.
b) The contracting authority described the subject of the contract using the following attachments:
- planned provisions of the contract (PPU), constituting Annex 2 to SWZ,
- technical specification of the performance and acceptance of construction works (STWIORB) constituting Annex 6 to SWZ,
-Project documentation constituting Annex 7 to SWZ,
- the bill of quantities constituting Annex 8 to SWZ.
C) "Reconstruction of the tram track in Straszewskiego Street and ul.Karmelicka together with switches and infrastructure accompanying in Krakow "co-financed from EU funds as part of the FENX.03.01 Transport City Transport European funds for infrastructure, climate and environment 2021-2027.
D) The required warranty period:
minimum warranty period is 36months. The maximum warranty period is 60 months. Offers containing the warranty period shorter than 36 months will be rejected.
