A brief description of the subject of the order: 1. The subject of the order is to perform the reconstruction of ul. Transverse and short in M. Zawada. Main string [289 m] ul. The transverse section A - B will be made from a concrete block, the remaining sections: C-D [89 m] ul. Transverse and e-F ul. Short [45m] will be made of asphalt concrete. 2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is Annex 1 to SWZ, technical documentation, stior and significant provisions of the contract .3. The Contractor is obliged to meet the conditions for the employment of persons on a contract of employment in the performance of the subject of the contract specified in detail in the contract and a detailed description of the subject of the contract referred to in point 2.4. The Ordering Party does not provide for the requirements for the employment of persons referred to in Article 96 section 2 point 2. 5. Bearing in mind the scope of works performed, the Ordering Party has taken into account the requirements contained in Article 100 of the Act, i.e. regarding the availability of all users, and in particular people with disabilities.6.
