Description:
1. The subject of the order is the reconstruction of warehouses No. 14, 23, 24, 25, 29 and 30 - Osowiec task. As part of the investment, it is planned, among others: reconstruction of existing warehouse buildings No. 14, 23, 24, 25, 29 and 30 and existing access roads to warehouses and maneuvering squares, reconstruction Power supply of objects and 3 underground fire protection tanks. The scope of the reconstruction of warehouses includes: replacement of the roof structure, flood replacement, thermomodernization, making new car and car ramps. Sanitary and electrical installations will be made in storage buildings. The subject of the contract is described in detail in Annexes No. 2, 3, 4, 6, 7, 8, 9 to SWZ.
2. Place of implementation of the subject of the contract: Closed area - Osowiec composition, Podlasie Voivodeship.
3. The Contractor will guarantee the subject of the contract, i.e. the robots performed and installed devices for the period: minimum 36 - maximum 60 months.
568 § 1 of the Civil Code
5. Replacement planting warranty period: 36 months.
6. The Contractor will conduct free maintenance and inspections of: heating installation (heat pumps) from the date of transfer of the object for use for 60 months, Dynamic drying installation, mechanical ventilation installation, power generators.
7. The required deadline for completing the order with a material effect:
- minimum 911 days from the date of signing the contract,
- maximum 1003 days from the date of signing the contract.
