Brief description of the subject of the order: The subject of the order is: The subject of the order is: Reconstruction of water and sewage management infrastructure in Bobrowniki. Construction works should be performed in accordance with the design documentation, i.e.: Construction Design, Specification for Works Execution and Acceptance.with bill of quantities. The bill of quantities constitutes general guidance for Contractors and does not specify the scope of work covered by the order. The statements included in the bill of quantities are intended to illustrate the scale of the construction work and help contractors estimate the investment costs, therefore the bill of quantities can only be assigned the nature ofsupporting document. The basis for estimating the lump sum price is the design documentation supplemented with the provisions of the SWZ. The design documentation and bill of quantities describe in detail the subject of the order, and the requirements specified at least in one place are binding on the Contractor as if they were included in the contract.y in all documentation. The Contractor may not use errors or omissions in the documents, and should immediately notify the Ordering Party of their detection, who will make appropriate changes and corrections.
